What do you have to do?
Norwegian-speaking inbound customer support for Netflix
Assisting with topics such as payment, billing and free trial use
Handling complaints and finding proactive resolutions
What do we expect of you?
Fluent in Norwegian and good English skills (B2)
Strong communication skills
Solution-oriented mindset
A school degree
Willingness to work in shifts

Salary information
The salary for this position is between β¬1,300 and β¬1,450 gross per month.
