We're currently looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Leeuwarden, the north of the Netherlands. As an Email Marketeer, your primary responsibility will be to create and implement effective email marketing campaigns that engage and inspire our candidates. You'll work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy.

What do we expect of you?

Excellent English skills (C1), German and/or Dutch are a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Plan, develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives

Create compelling email content and design templates that are both engaging and effective in driving customer engagement
