Relevant experience/study in HR, HR consulting, HR business partner or a similar role.

A strategic & international mindset, which will be applied company-wide.

Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams, fostering professional growth and enhancing performance.

Demonstrated ability to organize and lead (new)projects aimed at developing and implementing innovative HR initiatives.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.

Experience with employment law in the Netherlands and international experience is a plus.

Affinity for a fast-paced environment is highly valued, as Yobbers moves quickly to keep up with the job market.

Lead by example in embodying and promoting the company's values, setting a standard for colleagues to follow.

Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in either Dutch or German is also required.
What will I do?

Shape and foster a positive work culture and positive employee relations.

Promote and embody company values, recognizing aligned behavior.

Provide guidance on workplace policies, conflict resolution, and open communication.

Optimize current HR processes and implement new initiatives.
-
Personnel administration (contracts, absenteeism, specific cases).
-
Manage procedures in accordance with organizational policies.
-
Collaborate with Finance for benefits and payroll administration, ensuring compliance.

Design and implement employee training and development programs that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes of new employees.
