As an Advertising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our mission by creating and implementing effective online advertising campaigns to promote our services to potential job seekers.
As Advertising Specialist you will join a diverse team of talents in Leeuwarden, the north of the Netherlands. On a daily basis you will collaborate closely with our Campaign Specialist, Brand Marketeer, and Graphic Team to produce compelling ads that inspire jobseekers to follow new opportunities abroad. In this role, you'll be responsible not only for defining the strategy but also for implementing and optimising campaigns across Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat. As we are a growing company and value continuous improvement you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What do we expect of you?

Excellent English skills (C1), German and/or Dutch are a plus

At least 2 years of experience in paid advertisement

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

Strong understanding of advertising techniques, media channels, and target audiences
-
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
What do I need to do?

Developing and implementing online advertising campaigns across various channels (Meta Platforms, Snapchat, TikTok)

Analysing the performance of advertising campaigns and adjust strategies to improve results

Monitoring the budgets of the campaigns

Keeping up with the latest trends

Experimenting with ideas and proactively introduce new advertising materials
