In this role, you help customers with questions about banking, payments, cards, and investments. You support them via different channels and provide clear and friendly solutions. You solve issues, follow strict procedures, and work together with internal teams when cases become more complex. You work 40 hours per week in shifts (24/7), but mostly during the day, so your schedule stays balanced while still dynamic. No two days feel the same. Before you start, you follow a fully paid training of around 20 working days.
