IntroductionStart as a Customer Service Agent in Athens and help customers when their electronic devices stop working or need support with general product questions. You will join an international team working for a major player in the device protection industry, contributing to an excellent customer experience. This is a brand-new project, which means you’ll start together with a new group of colleagues and have plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and develop your career.Your job as a Customer Service AgentIn this role, you are the first point of contact for customers who need assistance. This could include questions about warranties, submitting a claim for a defective device, or checking the status of a repair.
