What do you have to do?

Improve ownership experience metrics and exceed KPIs
Assist dealers in improving electric vehicle purchasing and ownership experiences
Implement innovative processes and supporting operational initiatives
Engage stakeholders to implement high-quality strategies
Lead meetings and workshops

What do we expect of you?

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German, knowledge of French is a plus
5+ years of experience in coaching/consulting skills, preferably in the automotive industry
Coaching or training certification from institutes is a plus
Confident use of Microsoft Office365
Persuasion, negotiation skills, analytical skills and leadership skills
Understanding the customer journey of electric vehicles is a plus
