A renowned player in the automotive industry is seeking experienced Technical Service Advisors to provide technical support via email and phone. You will diagnose and troubleshoot car issues and work closely with the manufacturers' quality departments to deliver exceptional customer service and timely solutions.

What do you have to do?

  • Providing technical assistance to the dealer network via ticketing and phone

  • Ensuring prescribed processing times (KPIs) are met

  • Administratively managing the manufacturer's service portal

  • Independently diagnosing and troubleshooting problematic vehicles

  • Closely working with the manufacturer's quality departments

  • Conducting independent quality reporting

What do we expect of you?

  • Completed training a master automotive technician or comparable training

  • Fluent Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Turkish, or German and excellent English skills (C1)

  • Proactive, effective and structured way of work

  • Experience as a diagnostic technician/service technician is a plus

  • Passion for electric and alternative mobility

  • High understanding of complex issues and the ability to simplify them for customer understanding
