Your new job as a customer service representative
As a customer service representative for a Netflix project, you will assist users via chat, email and telephone – whether you live on the mainland or on one of Greece's beautiful islands. Imagine a couple who is about to start their date night but can't stream their favourite series due to an error message. A customer who is having trouble logging in, a question about changing a subscription, or a father who wants to set up parental controls for his child.
