Your new job as a customer service representative
As a customer service representative for a Netflix project, you will assist users via chat, email and telephone – whether you live on the mainland or on one of Greece's beautiful islands. Imagine a couple who is about to start their date night but can't stream their favourite series due to an error message. A customer who is having trouble logging in, a question about changing a subscription, or a father who wants to set up parental controls for his child. And every now and then: ‘Where is the latest season of...?’ Understandable! Greece is waiting for you! 🎬

What am I going to do?
Providing inbound support for German Netflix customers via phone and e-mail
Assisting with Netflix app questions, payments, billing, and free trials
Handling and resolving complaints proactively while managing customer data carefully
What do I bring?
Fluent German and excellent English skills (B2)
A school-leaving qualification
You’re solution-oriented, a team player, and a strong communicator
Willingness to work in shifts
An English resume, a copy of your birth certificate and an EU-Citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece
Salary information
The salary for this position is between €1,300 and €1,500 gross per month.
