Introduction

Start as a Customer Service Agent in Athens and help customers when their electronic devices stop working or need support with general product questions. You will join an international team working for a major player in the device protection industry, contributing to an excellent customer experience. This is a brand-new project, which means you’ll start together with a new group of colleagues and have plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and develop your career.

Your job as a Customer Service Agent

In this role, you are the first point of contact for customers who need assistance. This could include questions about warranties, submitting a claim for a defective device, or checking the status of a repair. Customers often reach out when they feel frustrated, and that’s exactly when you can make the biggest difference. You listen carefully to their situation, ask the right questions, and guide them step by step toward a solution. You will review warranty conditions, provide updates on repairs or replacements, and ensure that every case is accurately documented in the system. Your focus is entirely on helping customers and providing clear solutions. Before you start, you will receive a fully paid training, so you know exactly how to support customers and work with the systems. Since this is a new project, you will help build the team from the beginning. As the project grows, new opportunities will arise to move into bigger positions. 📈

Native-level German and English skills on B1 level
Strong communication skills and empathy
Ability to multitask and work with multiple systems (MS Office, CRM, Windows)
Minimum high school diploma
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,300 and €1,500 gross per month.
