As a customer service agent for Canon, you'll support customers via phone and email, resolving complaints and issues while assisting with their inquiries. Additionally, managing sensitive customer data professionally is part of your responsibilities.

What do you have to do?
Customer-friendly handling of inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Support for existing and new customers
Resolution of complaints and issues
Professional management of sensitive customer data
What do we expect of you?
Fluent in Norwegian and very good English skills (B2 level)
High school diploma
You are communicative and responsible
Solution-oriented with with an enjoyment for teamwork
For this position, we require your English CV and a copy of your birth certificate
Salary information
The salary for this position is €1,300 gross per month.
