In this role, you will answer customer questions about orders, deliveries, and invoices via phone, email, and chat. No experience needed: you start with a paid six-day training where you get to know the systems, products, and processes. During this training, you'll learn step by step how to help customers in a clear and professional way. At work, you'll have access to modern systems and support from experienced colleagues. So you're never on your own! 🤝
Living in Greece
You can do this job from anywhere in Greece as long as you have a fixed home address. In the first month, the employer arranges accommodation in Athens or Thessaloniki, and your flight and health insurance are also taken care of.
