Customer Service Agent for Dyson
In this role, you support Dyson customers with questions about products, orders, delivery and service. You help customers with everything from vacuum cleaners and hair dryers to order updates and technical questions. You listen carefully, ask the right questions and look for a solution that really helps. Thanks to your training and product knowledge, you give customers clear answers and make their day a little easier. Extra fun: in the office in Athens, you can try out Dyson products yourself in a special product room. So you don’t just learn about the products, you actually experience them. 💻
