Your new job in customer service
As a Customer Advisor in Lisbon, you'll assist customers of a medical supplies company with all their questions and issues. These might range from inquiries about the purchasing process to how to use the products. By listening carefully and thinking along with the customer (or, in this case, patient), you’ll always be able to provide the right kind of help. If you have experience in care, that’s definitely a plus, but having an empathetic nature is the most valuable trait for this role! 🧡

Salary information
