Your new job in Customer Service
As a technical customer advisor, you support businesses that use the platform for advertising and business tools. You answer their questions via phone, email, and chat. You also make outbound calls and proactively contact customers. Your daily tasks include solving payment and billing issues as well as technical problems such as ad setup, pixel errors, or catalog issues. Don’t worry, you don´t need experience because you will receive paid training at the beginning to fully prepare you for your role. 🚀
