Job description
A well-known Dutch bank is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives in Valencia or Malaga. Do you want to gain valuable experience in the financial sector while living in Spain? This is your chance to combine career growth with an international lifestyle.
Working as a Customer Service Representative
For nearly 125 years, this leading Dutch bank has focused on building a better future. Innovation, sustainable growth, and smart financial solutions are at the heart of everything they do. As a Customer Service Representative, you speak with customers by phone and help them with questions about online banking, accounts, transfers, and credit cards. You listen carefully, explain things clearly, and find solutions that truly match each customer’s situation. You switch smoothly between different systems and handle financial information with accuracy and care. You start with 2-3 months of office-based training. After that, you mainly work on-site in the modern office in Valencia, with a hybrid option possible depending on performance. You visit the office 9 times per quarter (at least 2 times per month). If your KPI’s are below target, you work from the office more often for extra support. 🏦
Living in Valencia
Living and working in Valencia offers the perfect mix of energy and relaxation. After work, you can explore all Valencia’s hotspots, cycle through the Turia Gardens, enjoy dinner at a local terrace, or meet friends in the lively Ruzafa district. Spend your weekends at the beach, explore traditional food markets, or admire the modern architecture of the City of Arts and Sciences. Valencia combines Mediterranean charm with a vibrant city atmosphere, making every week feel dynamic and inspiring.
Living in Malaga
Working in Malaga means more than 300 days of sunshine a year and a relaxed Andalusian pace of life. After work, you can stroll along the Malagueta beach, wander through the historic centre with its narrow streets and tapas bars, or watch the sunset from the Gibralfaro castle. On weekends, explore the white villages of the Costa del Sol, visit the Picasso Museum or take a day trip to Granada or Ronda. Malaga combines beach life with a lively city atmosphere, making it one of the most popular places to live and work in Spain.
