As a Customer Service Agent, you help Dutch-speaking customers by phone with questions about their subscription, 4G connectivity, payments and technical support. Guide customers towards the right subscription for their needs

What do I bring?

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Good computer skills, plenty of energy and a proactive attitude
A valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
Previous customer service experience is a plus
