Working as an intern at Yobbers
During your internship at Yobbers, you walk into our Valencia office in the morning and start the day with the recruitment team. You check new applications, answer candidates’ messages and emails, and schedule interviews. Before you know it, you are already conducting your first interview. You speak to someone who dreams of working in Portugal, Spain or Greece, and you help make that dream come true. Between interviews, you exchange ideas with your colleagues, learn how to find the right match and work independently on different tasks. After lunch, you follow up with candidates, suggest improvements to our recruitment process or help candidates take their next step. Every day is different, but one thing is certain: you go home with new skills and the feeling that you have made a real impact. 💻
Living and working in Valencia
