What you will do if you receive the job:
- You will receive one of the most advanced sales training courses with high-caliber professionals
- Staffing on sales or customer service assignments with one of the largest and fastest growing Tech companies in the world (Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Philips, Zalando ...)
- Manage Inbound and Outbound phone requests / orders and other activities from Microsoft
- customers in a timely manner;
- Ability to provide options and outline features or product and services to gain and keep a customer;
- Manage sales cycle for Microsoft customers from lead identification to close;
- Build long term business relationships between Microsoft and business companies through a mixture
- or inbound and outbound phone / email activities.
- Listening to customers' questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions;
- Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
- Providing information about fashion products;
- Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments. Yearly paid flight to home destination
