What does Yobbers bring?
What will I do?

Create, communicate, and execute the marketing strategy

Identify the strengths and weaknesses of team members, providing opportunities for skill development

Conduct regular check-ins with team members, reviewing task progress, and offering support

Shape, safeguard, and grow the overall brand of Yobbers

Communicate overall business goals, priorities, and strategy to the team

Keep a close eye on key performance indicators and other metrics to identify areas of improvement and success

Prepare, manage, and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets

Coordinate with team members to ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities within marketing projects

Collaborate with potential partners and sponsors, negotiating and managing relationships to create mutually beneficial partnerships that contribute to brand visibility and credibility

Oversee and execute PR activities, including media relations and press releases, ensuring that PR efforts align with the overall marketing strategy
What do I bring?

3 to 5 years of experience leading a team of young professionals
-
2 years of experience working in a start-up/scale-up, fast-paced environment
-
6 to 9 years of marketing experience and in-depth understanding of performance marketing (a plus if background in digital marketing)

Recruitment industry knowledge a plus

Proven ability to build a brand and/or execute a rebrand in the past

Experience collaborating with agencies and freelancers

Ability to grasp the bigger picture while also paying attention to detail

Experience in budget management

Ability to switch from strategy to execution and support the team

Excellent communication and decision-making skills
