A little bit more about the role

During your internship, your tasks may vary, as we are constantly developing and always striving for the best results. Your main tasks are optimising our internal HR processes, offering support in the recruitment and selection process and improving the onboarding process. Besides that, you are responsible for various administrative tasks including setting up and maintaining profiles for colleagues in our HR systems. To lift the team spirit you are involved in the organisation of team building activities. These can be small like planning games every Friday afternoon or get the team to celebrate special occasions like Easter, Christmas or Halloween.
