The month of May is, according to Greek mythology, associated with the goddess Maia who is known for regenerating the earth after winter. Party island & Flower Festival Ibiza

It's obviously a must-see destination and known for year-round partying. However, May is ideal with warm temperatures, affordable ticket prices and far fewer tourists than in summer. You can celebrate the Flower Festival together with the locals. Both locals and visitors parade through the streets of Ibiza with flowers and plants to decorate the town. This festival is a tribute to nature and a way of celebrating spring. 

 

May also marks the opening of all the clubs of Ibiza. The most famous of them, such as Amnesia, Pacha, and Ushuaia, open their doors for the summer season and organise spectacular parties.
