What do you have to do?
Handling all incoming customer calls in a responsive manner
Providing prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers
Educating customers on products and services
Communicating positively with team members, customers and other partners
Reporting issues to the appropriate department
What do we expect of you?
Fluent Swedish and excellent English skills (B2/C1)
Knowledge of MS Office
You are customer-oriented
You are solution-oriented
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Salary information
The salary for this position is €1,400 gross per month.
