Yobbers is a young and ambitious company founded in 2015 with the mission to inspire as many people as possible to discover the world! Every day we work passionately to fulfil our mission and achieve our goals. In Yobbers self-management and autonomy are very important aspects. Everyone has their own responsibilities and freedom to fulfil their tasks.

As part of our business development team, you generate leads. If you are not afraid to pick up the phone and sell our services to international clients, this is the right position for you. Next to extending our client base, you will also maintain a part of our current portfolio. This job is not only about getting new leads in but also about building strong and long-term relationships with our clients. For about 30% of your time, you will be working with existing clients, but the remaining and main part of your job is generating new business. This is your chance to build your international portfolio and establish your relationships with clients. In addition, you will also keep an overview of the demands we have for our seasonal jobs.

The majority of our business development team is in our office in Leeuwarden, but we also have an office in Valencia. You have the choice of where you would like to join our team! Whether you choose to go to Valencia or Leeuwarden, both locations have great things to offer! What do I need to do?

Lead generation and new businesses
Maintaining an overview of potential leads and setting up the cooperation
Following up on incoming leads and turning them into clients (via telephone)
Managing your client portfolio. New business/account management ratio 70/30
Visit and maintain contact with international clients
Keeping an overview of the seasonal jobs and the client’s demands

What do we expect of you?

Fluent English skills (C1) and any other language is a pre
Bachelor or master degree
Proactive and professional mindset and always looking for growth opportunities
Ability to work independently but also in a team
Minimum two years of relevant work experience related to generating new business
You have negotiation skills and are always striving to seal the deal
