Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for managing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s operations in times of growth? If so, we want you on board as Operations Lead in Valencia, Spain.
Yobbers is Europe’s leading platform for connecting internationals with fast-growing companies all over the world. We inspire thousands of people to make the step and move abroad every year. Next to our office in the Netherlands, we opened a second office in Valencia in January 2022. What started as a handful of people in January grew to a team of more than 30+ internationals in a matter of months. And the growth continues!
About you
You have a proven track record of successfully managing and scaling operations in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role you should have excellent problem-solving abilities. You get the importance of a strong understanding of business operations and should have no problem identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the company’s operations. You can think strategically and you are data-driven. It is important to have a people-minded approach and to work effectively in cross-functional international teams. You will be the one that takes our different teams to the next level by motivating and guiding them to do so.
