Some days you might guide a customer through their purchase; other times, you’ll assist with minor technical issues. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to help you feel confident in your role. What am I going to do?

Support French-speaking customers via phone with questions about deliveries, products, and account management
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases when needed
Maintain accurate records and work closely with other teams to improve the customer experience

What do I bring?

Fluency in French and good English skills (B2 level)
Availability to work full-time (40 hours)
Strong communication and digital skills (previous CS experience is a plus)
A calm, patient, solution-focused mindset and a EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,300 gross per month.
