This company is looking for Technical Support Agents to help businesses with issues related to local listings and search visibility, all while being part of an international team!

Your role as a Technical Support Agent

You'll be on the frontline, helping business owners manage their online presence across tools that help people navigate the world and discover local businesses. Whether you're answering questions about business listings, addressing customer reviews, or guiding users through account setup and verification, you’ll provide friendly and efficient support via email, phone, and chat. What am I going to do?

Help customers who are experiencing technical issues
Answer questions about business listings and addressing customer reviews
Guide users through account setup and verification

What do I bring?

Your are fluent in French and have good English skills (B2 level)
Experience in customer service and MS office and highly advanced written communication skills
Advanced PC knowledge and a typing speed ≥ 25 wpm with ≥ 85% accuracy
An EU-Citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece and the availability to work full-time (40 hours)

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,045 gross per month.
