Your workday as a B2C Customer Support Agent
As a B2C Canon Customer Support Agent, you'll handle customer inquiries via phone and email. You'll guide customers through product comparisons, user settings, troubleshooting, and repair requests. This hybrid role (70% remote) includes hands-on training and about five in-office sessions per month. No experience yet? No problem! You’ll receive full training and ongoing coaching to help you feel confident in your role. With a mix of technical and customer-focused challenges, every day brings something new.
