Your workday as a B2C Customer Support Agent
As a B2C Canon Customer Support Agent, you'll handle customer inquiries via phone and email. You'll guide customers through product comparisons, user settings, troubleshooting, and repair requests. This hybrid role (70% remote) includes hands-on training and about five in-office sessions per month. No experience yet? No problem! You’ll receive full training and ongoing coaching to help you feel confident in your role. With a mix of technical and customer-focused challenges, every day brings something new.
Support French-speaking customers via email & phone
Assist with repairs, troubleshooting, and product advice
Keep CRM records up to date and share feedback with the team
What do I bring?
Fluency in French and good English skills (B2 level)
Customer-focused, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented
Strong written communication, typing speed and familiarity with Windows or Mac OS
A clear certificate of good conduct and an EU citizenship or a work permit for Portugal
Availability to work full-time (40 hours)
Salary information
The salary for this position is €1,045 gross per month.
