Do you enjoy helping people with technical issues and finding solutions? In your role as a Technical Support Specialist, you support customers in using a payment platform. You make sure that they receive the best possible support through various communication channels. With empathy and know-how, you help them solve their problems and guide them through the application. You provide excellent customer service via chat, email and phone, analysing technical issues, escalating requests to the appropriate teams and responding to customer questions! 💳
