Job description
In this role, you'll handle a wide range of customer inquiries — from explaining products to solving technical issues. It's your job to make sure everything is clearly documented and will work closely with your team to achieve the best results. You’re detail-oriented, a great communicator, and always put the customer first. You'll receive all the tools and training you need, so experience is a plus but definitely not a must. What really counts is your motivation to learn, grow, and genuinely help customers.
Although you’ll be working fully remote, your adventure starts in Lisbon — where you’ll have the option to stay in company-arranged shared accommodation.
