Your role as a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agent
In this position, you’ll support users via phone and chat, helping them solve common issues like login problems and streaming errors.. You’ll assist with promo code support, device compatibility checks, and account and billing questions, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. If a user wants to cancel, you’ll explore how their experience could be improved and offer helpful solutions. No day is the same, and your goal is to leave every customer feeling supported and heard! 💬

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,045 gross per month.
