What do we expect of you?

Fluent English skills (C1) + you are fluent in one of the following languages: German, Dutch or any Nordic languages

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates

Proven experience in sourcing candidates actively through external platforms

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

Self-motivated and able to work independently, meeting targets and deadlines
