Job description

As a recruiter at Yobbers you will inspire people to discover the world! You will be the link between the applicant and the international employer. Moreover, you are responsible for the incoming applications and to match the candidates with the needs of the employers abroad. Our focus is personal support, we want to help the job seeker and employer in the best way possible. Our whole team has experience in living and working abroad, this helps us to support others who are following the same path. We work in a way that is inspired by Holacracy principles in which self-management and autonomy are important aspects. That means that you will work with a team of international recruiters but also have your individual tasks. At Yobbers, everyone is responsible and gets the freedom to organise their own work, we do not believe in a 9-5 mentality and want to empower individuals. 

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is motivated, ambitious and ready to help us to bring Yobbers to the next level. What do you have to do?

Fill the open positions of our employers in Greece
Spot new opportunities through internal/external developments in the recruitment field
Phone interviews with our candidates to screen their skills
Make use of our database to find potential candidates but mainly source from external platforms
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through to offer and starting date

What do we expect of you?

Fluent English skills (C1) + you are fluent in one of the following languages: German, Dutch or any Nordic languages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates
Proven experience in sourcing candidates actively through external platforms
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Self-motivated and able to work independently, meeting targets and deadlines
