What do you have to do?

Manage and optimize staffing resources to meet operational needs effectively
Headcount sizing & analyzing staffing requirements
Continuously analyzing required staff amount per section for all projects compared to client requirements
Maintain workforce management database to ensure accurate, reliable, and updated information
Highlighting resource availability and utilization matters
Implement, monitor, and control work schedules and assignments in order to ensure optimum utilization of staff and take care of planned and contingent peak loads of incoming calls.

What do we expect of you?

Fluent in English
Minimum 2 years experience in the workforce, data management, and call centre operations
Knowledge of manual forecasting and scheduling is a must
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access is a must
Demonstrate excellent organizational, people, communication, and presentation skills
Understand basic concepts of routing and traffic management

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,500 gross per month.
