Your customer service job
As a Customer Advisor at Netflix, you'll be supporting users via chat, email, and phone. Imagine this: friends want to kick off a cosy movie night, but a technical error gets in the way. A customer can’t log in, someone wants to change their subscription, or parents need help setting up parental controls. And now and then, there’s the question: “Where’s the new season of...?” You don’t need any prior experience or specific knowledge – before your first day, you’ll receive paid training. 🎬

What am I going to do?
German-speaking inbound customer support for existing and new Netflix customers via phone and email
Assisting customers with questions about the Netflix app, payments, streaming, and selecting movies and series
Handling complaints and issues and providing proactive support
What do I bring?
Fluent in German and good English skills (B2 level)
You are friendly, communicative and reliable
You are solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team
A school diploma and a clean criminal background
Salary information
The salary for this position is €1,400 gross per month.
