No two calls are the same in this role. One moment you're explaining how to install a SIM card, the next you're troubleshooting slow internet or helping someone get connected on their phone. You'll handle everything from invoices and subscriptions to deliveries and account questions, and you'll also spot commercial opportunities along the way through cross- and upselling. You don't need experience: Odido gives you full paid training to set you up for the job, and your working hours vary depending on which team you're supporting that day. 📞
Your life in Alicante or Málaga
This role is open in both Alicante and Málaga, and you choose where you'd like to work. Alicante sits on the sunny Costa Blanca, with Postiguet beach right around the corner.
