Otrium brings hundreds of designer outlets together in one app! Their mission? Making sure every item of clothing produced actually gets worn instead of thrown away. That’s why they collaborate with around 200 fashion brands, like Tommy Hilfiger and Guess, to sell past collections at lower prices. Great for your wardrobe, your wallet and the planet. As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll handle all kinds of questions, such as: Can I exchange my item for a different colour? When will I receive my refund? I received a damaged item—what now? It’s your job to find the right solution for every customer!
You’ll join a team with over 20 nationalities, so you’ll quickly make friends from all over Europe! Salary information
