Your mission in the team
As a Customer Support Specialist for a young and international scale-up you are the go to expert for questions via phone, chat or email about all telecommunication related issues. You’ll troubleshoot issues, resolve what you can, and escalate when needed. You'll keep records up to date, share valuable feedback with your team to improve all customers experiences. Overall, you'll you're the voice of the brand and handle things with accuracy and speed to make everything run smoothly! 🌞

What do I bring?

Fluent in Dutch and good English skills (B1)
People-oriented mindset, problem solving skills and the ability to connect with customers
Proven experience in Customer Service roles and a passion for technology

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,600 and €1,800 gross per month.
