Your new role as a Sales Specialist
Do you want to work in an international team full of creative minds and with fast-growing e-commerce companies? As a Dutch or French-speaking Sales Specialist you'll help clients via the phone with their print-related orders, questions and upsell products, all from the heart of Valencia. Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently handle customer requests and contribute to process improvements. Furthermore, you will provide expert advice on products, resolve issues, and make sure the customer has an amazing experience. 💻​

Call existing customers and upsell over the phone with a professional and friendly tone
Understand customer needs and quickly come up with an appropriate solution
Collaborate with various internal teams to accurately resolve customer queries
Track customer data and interactions and provide valuable insights to improve processes

What do I bring?

Fluent in Dutch or French with good English skills (B2)
Passion for sales and the print and design world
Quick adaptability as well as processes and problem-solving skills​ and an EU-Citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,600 gross per month.
