You’ll support fast-growing clients and focus on strengthening post-purchase customer relationships. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for existing customers, optimising their experience, building trust, and identifying commercial opportunities. What am I going to do?
Call existing customers and upsell over the phone with a professional, friendly tone
Understand customer needs and provide quick, tailored solutions
Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve customer inquiries accurately
Keep customer data and interactions up to date and share valuable insights to improve processes
What do I bring?
Fluency in Dutch and good English skills (B2 level)
Affinity with sales and the print and design industry (experience is a plus)
Creativity, the ability to quickly switch between tasks, and strong problem-solving skills
Salary information
The salary for this position is between €1,600 and €1,840 gross per month.
