As a Customer Support Agent, you'll answer customer questions about products and services. Your responsibilities include supporting the management with technical issues and market analysis, maintaining customer records via chat, phone and email, and documenting interactions. After your first three months, you'll have the option to work in a hybrid setup, giving you even more time to explore Malta!
