Work as a Customer Support Agent (m/f/d)
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll answer customer questions about products and services. Your responsibilities include supporting the management with technical issues and market analysis, maintaining customer records via chat, phone and email, and documenting interactions. After your first three months, you'll have the option to work in a hybrid setup, giving you even more time to explore Malta! The company also offers a sports membership allowance, free taxi rides for night shifts, and help with finding accommodation! 💻

What do I bring?
Fluency in Danish and good English skills (B2 level)
At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in outsourcing
EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Malta
An English resume and a letter of recommendation
Salary information
The salary for this position is €2,300 gross per month.
