What your role looks like
In this position, you'll support French-speaking customers with a wide variety of questions, including account setup, app navigation, and even emergency situations. On a typical day, you’ll handle 30 to 50 customer interactions via phone and email, helping drivers get back on the road safely and with confidence. Don’t worry if this is new to you: a full training and onboarding program will give you everything you need to succeed.
