Job description

Are you ready to work for one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands while enjoying the freedom of a remote job in Greece? As a French-speaking Customer Service Agent, you'll be part of an international team supporting drivers across Europe. From questions about the Mercedes Me app to requests for roadside assistance, you’ll be the first point of contact and the calm voice that customers rely on. 🚗

What your role looks like
In this position, you'll support French-speaking customers with a wide variety of questions, including account setup, app navigation, and even emergency situations. On a typical day, you’ll handle 30 to 50 customer interactions via phone and email, helping drivers get back on the road safely and with confidence. Don’t worry if this is new to you: a full training and onboarding program will give you everything you need to succeed.

The salary for this position is €1,045 gross per month.
