What will I do?

Support customers via phone, chat, and email for sales and service questions
Understand client needs and recommend matching products
Provide after-sales service support and handle complaints via phone and email

What do I bring?

Fluent Polish and good English skills (B2)
Advanced PC knowledge and good typing speed of 25 wpm
Proficiency in MS Office (MacOS and iOS knowledge is a plus) and at least two years of experience in sales and cloud services
An EU-Citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,045 gross per month.
