What do you have to do?

Assisting customers during their booking process
Solving customer queries and managing related matters on the phone, via email, chat or Social Media
Fulfilling KPIs related to customer satisfaction, efficiency and quality

What do we expect of you?

You speak Norwegian fluently and English at a B1 Level
An ambitious and customer orientated way of working
Willingness to work in shifts
A school degree
A clean criminal record
Eager to learn and a positive attitude

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,350 gross per month.
