Job description
As a B2B Inside Sales Development Representative, you will be in charge of identifying new business opportunities and initiating the sales process with medium and large multinational customers by introducing the product/service and scheduling appointments. You will build customer trust in the operation's services, from order fulfilment to IT, Finance and Strategy leadership levels to drive opportunities for qualification and engagement.
You'll develop knowledge of end customers and record customer contracts in the CRM system so the sales team can understand customer needs and adjust next actions.
