Your role includes identifying potential customers, engaging with existing ones and helping them find solutions that meet their needs. You’ll establish a steady pipeline of leads. 🤓 When small tech hiccups arise, you’ll either troubleshoot them or escalate to the right team.

What am I going to do?

Identify and connect with prospective and existing clients via email and phone
Build and manage a pipeline of leads to drive interest in cloud solutions
Analyse business needs, propose tailored solutions and inform clients on upgrades
Troubleshoot minor technical issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams

What do I bring?

Fluent Norwegian or Finnish (at least C1) and good English skills (B2)
Strong skills in accountability and communication
At least two years of experience in sales and cloud services

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,600 and €1,900 gross per month.
