Job description

Help Danish-speaking customers from Greece while working for some of the world's most recognisable international brands. As a Danish-speaking Customer Advisor, you can choose between working remote from anywhere in Greece or on-site from the buzzing capital of Athens.

Your new job as Customer Advisor

You'll join a Greece-based customer service team that supports leading global brands such as Booking.com, Dyson, Mercedes-Benz and Miele, helping their Danish-speaking customers across travel, technology, automotive and home appliances. As a Customer Advisor, you handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats, answering questions, resolving complaints and making sure every customer hangs up feeling heard. After a paid training programme you'll be fully prepared to handle anything from booking modifications to product troubleshooting, with real opportunities to grow into senior roles or new skills over time. 🤝

What am I going to do?

Helping Danish-speaking customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats
Handling customer requests and resolving complaints proactively, with care for customer data
Working in shifts to support customers across different times of the day
Following a paid training programme to fully prepare you for the role

What do I bring?

You speak fluent Danish (C1) and English at B2 level
A completed high school diploma
A solution-oriented team player with strong communication and PC skills
An English CV and a copy of your birth certificate
EU-citizenship or a valid Greek work permit
