As a technical customer advisor, you will handle incoming calls from customers and provide them with adequate information and solutions to their problems. You make sure that they have the best customer experience and you will take the time to respond to their problem effectively and professionally. Moreover, you will provide prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers. This position can be fulfilled fully remote (as long as you are in Greece), meaning that you can choose freely where you want to settle. Athens, Thessaloniki, Kos ... the choice is yours!

Fluent Italian and excellent English skills (C1)

Salary information
The salary for this position is between €1,050 and €1,250 gross per month.
