As a Norwegian- or Swedish-speaking Customer Representative, you handle incoming calls from customers and provide them with adequate information and solutions to their problems. You make sure that they have the best customer experience and you will take the time to respond to their problem effectively and professionally. Moreover, you will provide prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers. You will receive a nice salary, complemented with monthly bonuses according to your performance.
