What do you have to do?

  • Customer-friendly handling of inquiries via phone, email, or chat

What do we expect of you?

  • Fluent Norwegian and good English skills (B2)

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products required

  • Experience in Customer service is preferred but not mandatory

  • Confident, adaptable, and empathetic
